We’re excited to welcome new players and families to our Academy. Our registration process is simple, secure, and completed online — it only takes a few minutes.
Registration Process
Choose Your Program
Select the program that best matches your child’s age and development goals.
Complete the Registration Request
Click your chosen program to open the registration request form with that program already selected — you can add more programs on the form — and submit it online.
Application Review
Our team reviews every application. If accepted, you receive the registration package: player documents, waiver and release, media consent, and Academy policies to review, sign and return.
Payment Confirmation
Payment instructions follow. Please include the player’s full name and team name with your e-transfer — for example, Oliver Smith / U12 Tier 1.
Welcome to the Academy
Once signed documents and payment are confirmed, your place is secured. You receive the training schedule, welcome information, and team communication details.

Every program shares one registration request form — your chosen program comes pre-selected, and you can add others. By submitting the form you acknowledge how the academy handles your family’s personal information — see our Privacy Policy.
Full Academy Program
Year-round development with your Academy team and league competition.
Individual Training
One-on-one coaching built around a single player’s goals.
Small Group Training
Groups of 3–6 players, high repetition, position-specific work.
Summer Sports Camp
Stay active, develop soccer skills and enjoy a structured summer sports environment.
Separate Academy Directions
These directions operate under the broader Academy umbrella with their own program information and registration process. Registration for goalkeeper and international programs is not processed through the main Soccer Academy Calgary UA registration form.
Goalkeepers Academy Calgary UA
Specialized goalkeeper development with its own registration process.

International Football Program
International football experiences, tournaments and travel programs with their own registration.

E-transfer only
Payment is accepted only by e-transfer to the official academy email. Cash payments are not accepted.
Documents sent after registration
All required documents are sent electronically for review and signature once your application is accepted.
When registration is complete
Registration counts as complete only after all documents are signed and payment has been received.
GST Information. Soccer Academy Calgary UA Ltd. is a registered GST/HST registrant with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). All applicable Academy fees are subject to GST unless otherwise stated. GST is calculated and collected in accordance with applicable Canadian tax requirements. GST registration information and supporting payment documentation are available upon request, where applicable.
